It has been said that humans contain a God-shaped vacuum that only God can fill. We also know from Sir Isaac Newton and other scientists that nature abhors a vacuum. If we ignore the "vacuum space" within us, the world (Satan) will come and fill it, with lies about pleasure satisfying us, and death as bliss. This is what Jesus' conversation with the Samaritan woman-at-the-well is all about Jn 4:7-14); He describes her vacuum as 'thirst' and He prescribes His living water to quench it . . . completely and forever. Don't you want that in your life, to have your inner thirst satisfied in a way that brings you peace and wholeness forever? I join with Pastor Mark in praying for your new birth in Jesus. Be alive in a way you never thought possible!
