Linda Buxa

Linda is a writer, Bible study leader, and women’s retreat speaker. She is married to Greg, whose career in the Coast Guard took them from Alaska to Washington D.C. to California. They have three children whose antics are often fodder for her writing. After retiring from the military, they moved to Wisconsin, where they settled on 11.7 acres and now keep track of 15 chickens, 3 cats, and one black lab puppy. Amber Albee Swenson

Amber Albee Swenson has authored four books: Bible Moms; The Whisper Theory and its sequel, The Bread of Angels; and Ladies of Legacy. She writes an occasional devotional blog and is a regular contributor to several Christian organizations. In 2011 she started speaking to women with the intent of bringing the Bible to life in tangible, applicable ways. Speaking has taken her and her eager-to- travel family to places they likely would not have found on their own. Amber’s husband and four children keep life exciting and give her lots to write and pray about. Mostly she’s amazed at God’s goodness, awed by his wisdom and desire to grow her, and continually stretched by his calling in her life.
